Refund policy
Effective October 23, 2025, all purchases made at JYOTI’S KLOSET are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as incorrect size, change of mind, color preference, failure to inspect items, or buyer’s remorse.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and inspect merchandise before completing a purchase. All items are sold in their current “as-is” condition at the time of sale. Any claims regarding manufacturer defects must be reported within 24 hours of purchase and must include the receipt. Items submitted for evaluation must be unworn, unused, and unaltered.
Please note that all discounted, promotional, and clearance items are also final sale. By completing your payment, you agree that all charges are valid and waive the right to dispute or initiate a chargeback related to this policy. This policy is governed by applicable state law.
